Rapids Men’s Team: A New Season Built on Work, Hunger, and Unmatched Preparation
The Rapids are entering the new season with a fire that’s been building all winter. From the first off-season session, this group committed to doing more, pushing harder, and setting a new standard for what Rapids lacrosse looks like. The result is a team arriving at training camp faster, sharper, and more connected than ever.
A Winter of Relentless Work
The focus has been clear: build chemistry early, elevate speed and execution, and eliminate the usual early-season rust before camp even begins. Weekend sessions have been packed with 20+ athletes, creating a competitive environment that feels like mid-season intensity. Even players living away have been travelling which is proof of the hunger driving this roster.
Twice the Floor Time. Twice the Edge.
This year matters, and the organization treated it that way. The Rapids secured double the floor time giving the Team a massive head start. Every rep has been intentional. Every drill has been about sharpening the identity of a team determined to make noise.
A Team Ready to Take the Next Step
Coaches have praised the commitment, the energy, and the urgency shown by the group. Athletes are showing up early, staying late, and pushing each other to raise the bar. The foundation is set for a fast, cohesive, and fiercely competitive Rapids squad—one built on work, culture, and belief.
The season is here. The preparation is done. And the Rapids are ready. #Swirlin
